Bari Orozco, the heart and soul of Geriatric Services of Arizona, has over 20 years of experience as a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. She leads the practice with a commitment to compassionate, personalized care, helping seniors live their best lives. Bari believes, “Older people are the best! They have so much to tell us and so much we can learn from. Truly the best generation of people to care for.” Her passion for geriatrics shines through in the time and attention she gives to each family in her care.

Beyond the Scrubs

Outside of work, Bari is a proud mom of two amazing adult children and loves spending time with her Mini Labradoodle, Tuxedo. She enjoys golfing (even if the “Golf Gods” don’t always favor her) and floating in the pool on hot Arizona days. Married to her wonderful husband John for six years, Bari’s family is her pride and joy.

Business Manager

As the Business Manager at Geriatric Services of Arizona, Lauren is proud to serve Arizona’s aging population through thoughtful, professional, and compassionate work. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with over five years of corporate business experience, she brings a detail-oriented and driven approach to every aspect of her role. She is passionate about making a meaningful impact, supporting seniors and their families, and contributing to high-quality services that enhance the lives of older adults throughout Arizona.

Outside of Work

Originally from Minnesota, she currently resides there with her new husband, Jeremy, their dog, Wrigley, and their cat, Lucifer. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, trying new restaurants, and traveling whenever possible. She values balance, connection, and meaningful experiences—both personally and professionally—and brings that same energy and care into the work she does every day.
